Return & Exchange Policy

All products purchased at Goede Cadeau in Hong Kong cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only.

Exchange for defective items
If you believe that your product is defective, please contact Goede Cadeau Customer Service at
info.goededcadeau.gmail.com by quoting your order number# and a focused photo of the defective items to request for exchange.

We are unable to cover delivery fees for returns and exchanges. 
 

Goede Cadeau reserves the right to reject any return or exchange requests that do not adhere to our policy and will have the final decision.
